当你处于舒服和愉快的心情时,大脑的吸收能力最好。如果你心情不好、生气、烦恼或伤心,大脑的吸收能力也变差。所以,心情不好时,就暂时不要学习,听听歌或小睡片刻,等心情好转后再学习。
